    A salesman knocks at Little Johnny's door. Little Johnny answers the door holding a scotch in one hand and a cigar in aother.

    The salesman asks, "Are your mom and dad home?"

    Little Johnny looks at the salesman... flicks his ash on the floor and replies..."What the hell do you think?"
